Hello all,
I've been working on setting yd 6.2 on my ps3 for a few days now. Got the emulators working after some struggling and the scaler giving me nearly full screen action after more struggles (windows user by default). Anyways, I am trying to get my blue tooth six axis controller working but having some issues.
I ran the following commands from this site http://www.yellowdoglinux.com/support/s ... axis.shtml
which included running
the yum install bluez-libs bluez-util
i had no trouble until i came to step 7 on... which is as follows
7.Now press the PS button on your Sixaxis / Dualshock 3 -- you can pair up to two controllers. Expected result should look similar to this:
hidd[8284]: Bluetooth HID daemon
hidd[8284]: New HID device 00:16:FE:C9:79:A8 (Sony Computer Entertainment Wireless Controller)
8.Hit Ctrl-C to exit.
9.Enter the following command:
service hidd start [ENTER]
After messing with this for a while I discovered that 6.2 had a blue tooth issue. So i ran the yum update command and downloaded the newest updates (or so i think)....but the blue tooth six axis still does not work using the link provided above...do i need to uninstall and reinstll the bluetooth utilities?>???
so much trouble this is causing me...any help or suggesions are welcome..
