I couldn't stomach reading the entire list of posts in the topic because my brain starts to turn to mush after a few pages of useless comments, but from what I gather:
1 - The OP and another user mentioned have both always been well-behaved and respected on Home any time I've seen them, certainly not deserving a ban for any length of time.
2 - If you feel the need to report someone for their behavior on Home, do NOT tell them you're doing it! This will likely result in them just reporting you as well, for no reason, and apparently they don't bother to review any logs to see who is at fault ...
3 - Perhaps it would be a good idea to create a different master account specifically for use with Home, and not make ANY other PSN purchases on that account. Because if you had the download version of certain games and the associated PSN account was banned for some unexplained reason, you might not be able to use that content until the ban was lifted (or any $ added for PSN purchases).
