gstreamer-plugins-bad-devel: Development files for GStreamer Bad Plugins
- Summary
- GStreamer is a streaming media framework, based on graphs of elements which
operate on media data.
This package contains plug-ins that have licensing issues, aren't tested
well enough, or the code is not of good enough quality.
This package contains development files and documentation.

- Actually build and publish, upstream objected as this is named -bad
for a good reason. But they didn't respond to any inquiries about what
would be acceptable and are shipping it in their own repo!

- Add BR: soundtouch-devel theora-exp-devel, so that their plugins get
build. These have both been submitted for FE-review rescently.
- Add a patch to properly handle fourcc 'N', 'O', 'N', 'E' format audio,
this fixes audio with the movies from my photocamera, which was why I
started packaging gst-plugins-bad in the first place :)
